| Safety information | For a reliable connection: Cut the UPVC pipe squarely. Remove burrs and sharp edges from the pipe. Clean and dry the pipe end and the inside of the adapter socket. Apply compatible UPVC solvent cement to the pipe and socket. Insert the pipe fully into the adapter socket and hold it firmly. Allow the solvent-welded joint to cure according to the solvent-cement manufacturer's instructions. Connect the male-threaded end to the corresponding female-threaded fitting. Apply a suitable thread sealant where required and tighten carefully. |
